Founded in 1988, Sultecnica Indústria Mecânica Ltda operates in the precision machined components segment for the automotive, agricultural, industrial and hydraulic industry with the highest quality standards and for the most demanding customers and segments. We specialize in excellence, quality, delivery and technology.
Sultecnica is located in the Industrial District of Cachoeirinha, in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. It takes a total area of 15,000 m², one third of which is dedicated to the factory unit. Present in the North American market, the company also has a logistic structure established in the US, which allows the service in the region in an efficient and competitive way. Sultecnica also exports directly to the United States through OEM.

Sultecnica counts with a wide spectrum of machines, including Horizontal Machining Centers, Vertical Machining Centers, Grinders, Turning Centers, Sliding headstock lathes, 5 Axis Centers, Robotic loading lathes allows us to supply a range of different parts. Machined parts are produced from bars, castings, forgings and investment castings developed by Sultecnica and delivered according to highest quality standards.

Centerless Grinding
Our machining centers envelope limits are 600 mm ( 24 in.) diameter . Turning operation in diameters from 6 to 200 mm (1/4 to 8 in.) Automated centerless grind for both infeed and thru feed operations for high volume heat treated parts. Measuring capabilities includes CMM, Profile projector, Hardness testers, diameter shape measurement equipment, electronic microscope among others.
